My new guardian angel in company of dragonflies.
The work is not quite ready yet, I must attach an background and form the edge - however before the light is away again I have done a few photos. more here.
Sarah hatte zu Weihnachten ihre Geschenke in Seidenpapier eingepackt und zwar in den Farben Flieder und Mint. Ich konnte das Papier nicht einfach wegschmeißen und habe einen Hintergrund daraus gestaltet. Diesen habe ich dann mit Acrylfarbe bemalt und weitere Stoffe und zum Schluss eine Lage Organza draufgetan, dann habe ich es trocknen lassen und mich gefragt: was nun?
Sarah had wrapped up her Christmas presents in silk paper in the colours Lilac and Mint. I could not throw away the paper and have formed a background from it. I have painted this then with acrylic and have brought other materials on it. In the end Organza and I allowed to dry it. Then I did ask myself, what now?

Ich habe angefangen Knöpfe aufzunähen und andere Teile und zum Schluss war es ein Schutzengel in Begleitung von Libellen.
I have started with buttons and other stuff and in the end it was a guardian angel in company of dragonflies.
Die Arbeit ist noch nicht ganz fertig, ich muss noch einen Hintergrund anbringen und den Rand gestalten - doch bevor das Licht wieder weg ist habe ich ein paar Fotos gemacht. Es ist cirka 67 x 67 cm groß.
